JEWEL EU project : Joint nEtWork for European net-zero manufacturing Leadership
Project goal
The JEWEL project, “Joint nEtWork for European net-zero manufacturing Leadership” aims to accelerate the deployment of Net Zero Technologies in industry, in line with the European Green Deal and the European Net Zero Act.
Key Activities
In concrete terms, it will provide companies with ‘factories of projects’ bringing together technology SMEs around the challenges faced by major European manufacturers, in order to promote innovative cooperation.
Key objectives
- Accelerate the net-zero transition in European manufacturing
- Support innovative SMEs in adopting clean and digital technologies
- Build a European meta-cluster for cooperation and strategic influence

JEWEL is a Eurocluster project, coordinated by the MecaTech Cluster, which brings together eight partners from seven countries.

Budget
It includes nearly €2 million in direct funding, which will be distributed during two open calls.

The JEWEL project was launched on October 1st 2025.
