MecaTech supports the development of technologies and solutions in key sectors such as nuclear energy, energy storage and photovoltaics. The aim is to position Walloon companies in high-value-added segments and to strengthen their market access.

Structuring value chains and partnerships

The Cluster facilitates the integration of businesses into European ecosystems, particularly in the battery sector, and supports the development of collaborative projects. This approach helps to boost the competitiveness and visibility of Walloon stakeholders.

Accelerating innovation and industrialisation

By supporting the development of innovative solutions and their scaling up, MecaTech helps to transform technological advances into tangible industrial opportunities.

Decarbonising industry with HECO2

Through the HECO2 initiative, the Cluster brings together stakeholders around projects aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions, improving energy efficiency and supporting companies on their decarbonisation journey.
