The AI agency, which encompasses task automation (RPA), connecting AI to business data via AI agents, document-based AI and electronic document management, chatbots and AI assistants, generative AI, AI-powered image recognition, predictive maintenance, as well as AI consultancy and training.
The ERP enhancement division, which includes AI-enhanced ERP, bespoke ERP and its integration, ERP migration and customisation, the connection and migration of information systems, and Odoo integration (Pepps is an Odoo partner).

Description of the target clientele

Pepps primarily targets businesses and organisations with complex on-site operations or existing information systems that they are seeking to digitise, connect or enhance using AI, rather than rebuild from scratch — this is, in fact, one of the factors that sets Pepps apart: stepping in where others stop, particularly when working with existing systems.

The sectors in which Pepps has the strongest expertise are energy, water and sanitation, rail, manufacturing (Industry 4.0), chemicals and petrochemicals, metallurgy and steel, mining and extractive resources, the timber sector, logistics and supply chain, international cooperation and donors, as well as the environment and ESG. Pepps also works effectively with the transport and mobility, construction and civil engineering, defence and security, port and maritime, agriculture, and agri-food sectors.

These are typically organisations with a strong industrial or operational focus, often using an ERP system (Odoo in particular) which they wish to develop further, and which favour a phased approach: starting with a targeted use case, within a controlled budget, to demonstrate value before scaling up the project.
