Founded in 1950, Feronyl has established itself over the decades as a leading reference in the development and production of technical components manufactured through advanced molding technologies, transforming high-performance materials into functional and innovative solutions. From its beginnings as a specialized factory to its current status as a recognized technological actor, the company has maintained a consistent vision: pushing the limits of materials and delivering solutions that are ever more reliable, lighter, and higher-performing, using the optimal material precisely where it brings the highest value.

Today, Feronyl masters a wide range of advanced materials such as PEEK, PEI, PPSU, and other engineering polymers, each selected to meet specific requirements: mechanical or thermal resistance, dimensional stability, lightweight characteristics, chemical compatibility, or extended durability. Thanks to this expertise, the company supports sectors where precision, robustness, and performance are non-negotiable: aerospace, defense, strategic industries, medical technology, energy, and other high-tech fields. Its solutions are tailored for environments subject to extreme constraints, where every technical detail can become a defining factor.

Alongside its longstanding expertise in polymer injection molding, Feronyl is also recognized for its mastery of advanced composites and PIM (Powder Injection Moulding) technology. This process, combining metallic or ceramic powders with polymer binders, enables the production of highly complex and exceptional-performance components, often beyond the reach of conventional machining or forming methods. State-of-the-art equipment, reflecting the highest standards in the field, allows the company to develop ceramic and composite-matrix materials within ultra-clean environments. This technological capability opens the door to highly demanding projects, whether they involve metal parts with delicate geometries, hybrid structures, or components requiring a refined balance between strength, rigidity, lightness, and resistance to harsh environments.
