Quelques notes rapides de contexte :
- In the previous calls, the focus was on vaccines, therapeutics and testing. This 2nd second call for expression of interest goes one step further and focuses on living with Covid-19 and urgent unmet needs (time horizon = the coming 18 months).
- The focus of the EoI is about completing & deploying innovative rapid solutions. International cooperation is strongly encouraged.
- In practice: 5 topics: manufacturing, digital and SSH topics (short term, immediate results expected), cohort topics (Fund for longer projects)
- Proposals should be maximized to 4 to 5 pages max.
- Exploitation obligations: important to have in mind the quick availability of the proposed solutions in fair, accessible and reasonable conditions.
