Description
Endo Tools Therapeutics (ETT) is a privately held medical device company in Gosselies, Belgium. ETT is dedicated to the development of innovative devices providing new means of therapeutic interventions for gastroenterologists. It is a spin-off from Université libre de Bruxelles, based on a collaboration between the engineers of the engineering school and the gastroenterologists from Erasme Hospital.
ETT has developed a triangulation platform, Endomina, that adds therapeutic channels and degrees of freedom for interventional gastroenterology. Its platform is now CE marked and has been succesfully used by physicians during more than 300 procedures. ETT is developing other versions of the devices, adapted for smaller environments.
2 articles describing procedures using Endomina and their results have been published : one in GIE in 2017 and a second one in Endoscopy in 2018. A third article, reporting RCT results, is currently in press in Gut.
